Shipping
All orders are delivered via registered Australia Post and therefore recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order. Parcels are taken to the nearest post office if a signature cannot be obtained on delivery. Standard delivery time is between 3-10 working days.
Tracking
Standard and Express Parcels can be tracked via the Australia Post website. You will be sent a confirmation email including tracking number and instructions once your parcel has been dispatched.
Returns
We hope you love your AleMon boots. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can exchange or refund within 21 days.
Please email xxxxxxx confirming your desire to either exchange or refund your purchase, noting your order number.
- We will gladly accept an exchange or refund within 21 days of the purchase date on your receipt. Returned merchandise must be unworn and include the purchase receipt and the original shoe box. Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- When refunding product, shipping costs will not be refunded.
